ABOUT

My creative path began in the arts. I studied textiles, ceramics, photography, and sculpture, graduating with a degree in Art and Design in 2012. Although I trained in fine art, floristry caught me by surprise - and quickly became the place where creativity, nature, and making a living met. I taught myself the craft and the business from the ground up.

I went on to build a successful floral business and was part of the British Flowers movement from its earliest days, proudly championing the Grown Not Flown ethos. At a time when the industry was shifting, I helped push it forward - rooted in seasonality, sustainability, and a strong visual voice.

​

In 2022, I published Cut Flower Growing, drawing together more than a decade of practical, hands-on experience. Writing the book marked a turning point: a moment of reflection that also opened up new creative possibilities.

​

After completing my final wedding commission at the end of 2024, I closed that chapter and stepped fully into freelance work. I now work across writing, photography, marketing, and floristry.

​

Alongside this, my art practice is very much alive and evolving. I’m intentionally slowing down, allowing space to experiment, follow intuition, and embrace imperfection as I refine my visual language and the materials I want to work with — for now. I’m an explorer by nature, and I expect my practice to shift and change over time, shaped by curiosity and process as much as outcome.

I bring intention, experience, and a strong point of view to every project, and I’m drawn to collaborations with people who care deeply about creativity, storytelling, and craft.
