ABOUT

My creative path began in the arts. I studied textiles, ceramics, photography, and sculpture, graduating with a degree in Art and Design in 2012. Although I trained in fine art, floristry caught me by surprise - and quickly became the place where creativity, nature, and making a living met. I taught myself the craft and the business from the ground up.

I went on to build a successful floral business and was part of the British Flowers movement from its earliest days, proudly championing the Grown Not Flown ethos. At a time when the industry was shifting, I helped push it forward - rooted in seasonality, sustainability, and a strong visual voice.

In 2022, I published Cut Flower Growing, drawing together more than a decade of practical, hands-on experience. Writing the book marked a turning point: a moment of reflection that also opened up new creative possibilities.

After completing my final wedding commission at the end of 2024, I closed that chapter and stepped fully into freelance work. I now work across writing, photography, marketing, and floristry.

Alongside this, my art practice is very much alive and evolving. I’m intentionally slowing down, allowing space to experiment, follow intuition, and embrace imperfection as I refine my visual language and the materials I want to work with — for now. I’m an explorer by nature, and I expect my practice to shift and change over time, shaped by curiosity and process as much as outcome.

I bring intention, experience, and a strong point of view to every project, and I’m drawn to collaborations with people who care deeply about creativity, storytelling, and craft.
